5:30pm: Dinner at Valette (Optional Event)
Valette Healdsburg is one of those fine dining experiences you don’t get to enjoy every day, yet it has a very familiar, neighborhood feel to it with excellent food and a highly trained staff. Valette was born from two brothers’ lifelong dream of creating a unique dining experience in our hometown of Healdsburg. Its goal is to provide a canvas for local farmers, winemakers and artisans to showcase their crafts.
Valette Healdsburg will serve a prix fixe menu specifically chosen for Alpha Gamma Boulé and guests.

1:00pm: Wine Tasting Event #1 in the Hotel Healdsburg Wine Tasting Room

Getting to know the best of Champagne. Hosted in the elegantly designed wine tasting room within Hotel Healdsburg by Master Sommelier Chris Gaither and Archon Gordon Greenwood. Our experts will guide the group in understanding visual assessment (judging color, clarity, and opacity), followed by deep smelling (nose in the glass), and finally tasting (judging initial impression, mid-palate, and finish). It’s an opportunity not just to taste wine, but to share stories, preferences, and discoveries, making every sip a shared adventure. Join us on this guided journey as a wine experience not to be missed.
The price: $100.00 per person. Event limited to 10 people.

Our evening will begin with drinks at Upstairs at Roof 106 in the Matheson, a curved copper bar takes center stage above which whimsical light fixtures flicker, and beside which low slung leather couches invite lounging. An optional dinner will follow in the Main Dining Room that offers a luxurious, thoughtful, and seasonally inspired menu created by Dustin Valette highlighting ingredients sourced from local farmers, vendors, and artisans, the culinary team meticulously prepares each dish with the utmost attention and care.

4:00pm Welcome Reception
Weekend welcome reception at the 222 Performing Arts Center located in the renowned Paul Mahder Art Gallery. Located in the heart of the town of Healdsburg in an iconic double Quonset building with 30’ ceilings, skylights and 10,000 square feet, the Mahder Art Gallery is the largest single-floor gallery in California. The 222 Performing Arts Center is a non-profit live performance venue that features world-class events in the areas of Jazz, film, poetry, theater, choral music, classical music and opera. There will be music, poetry and great food and drink - a joyous welcome of Alpha Gamma Boulé archons, archousai and guests that should not be missed!

6:15pm Private Dinner at Barndiva
After the welcome reception, please join us for an intimate dinner at the enchanting Barndiva, a Michelin-starred restaurant celebrated for its farm-to-table cuisine. We have reserved this unique space to share an evening of exquisite food, fine wine, and convivial company.
Barndiva will offer a prix fixe menu with carefully selected wines for Alpha Gamma Boulé and guests. Vegan and vegetarian options will be available. Please note that space is limited.
The restaurant is a short (2-3 minute) walk from the welcome reception.

8:00pm: Alpha Gamma Boulé Hospitality Suite in Main Lobby of Hotel Healdsburg
Close out the first day of the weekend with a nightcap, music and some fun games in the main lobby of Hotel Healdsburg. You can meet and greet members of the Alpha Gamma Boulé family and the many guests who will be attending. A special tournament is being arranged so if you are a master/mistress of bid whist, spades or dominoes you have the chance to show us what you can do!

8:30am - 10:30am: Group Breakfast at Hotel Healdsburg
Enjoy a festive group breakfast with archons, archousai and guests.
After breakfast, we will enjoy a spirited “name that tune” competition with prizes to the winning team.
10:30am - 1:30pm Golf Event (Optional Event)
We are excited to announce the upcoming archon golf event. The event will be held at the Healdsburg Golf Club at Tayman Park in historic Healdsburg. In the heart of Sonoma wine country, Healdsburg Golf Club is the area’s oldest course, steeped in the history of Northern California and surrounded by breathtaking scenery. With over 12 golfers expected to join, it promises to be a morning filled with sweeping views, friendly competition and camaraderie.
The Club is a 9-hole executive course allowing all levels of golfers to have a great time.
Price per person: $75.00 (Includes 9 holes, cart and lunch)

12:30pm - 2:30pm: The Archousai Luncheon in the Harmon Guest House, Merritt Hall
Continue to know the best of one another at The Archousai Luncheon. Archousai and female guests are invited to enjoy a sparkling wine tasting with delicious food and fun games.
The venue is a short walk from the hotel.

Winter Celebration for the Archousai Black-Tie Dinner Dance
at Montage Healdsburg
Our group will travel by luxury shuttle transport (10-15 minute ride) to the exquisite Montage Healdsburg Grand Ballroom for our traditional joyous celebration of our lovely archousai. Great food, wine and fellowship will be followed by dance, music and fun.
Transportation to the Montage Healdsburg will begin at 6:00 PM

9:00am - 10:00am Spiritual Gathering and Ceremony of Roses – Hotel Healdsburg
Gather to hear a word of inspiration from Archon Charley Hames, Jr. of Xi Boulé. We will honor Alpha Gamma Boulé archons and archousai who have transitioned with a Ceremony of Roses.
10:00am Sunday Brunch at Hotel Healdsburg
Conclude the weekend with a special brunch in Hotel Healdsburg’s Dry Creek Kitchen restaurant featuring Chef Charlie Palmer’s vibrant American cooking.
